I have something similar for my Samsung Galaxy 7" Tab, it is fairly dustproof and weather resistant, it shouldnt be called waterproof by any means, having said this I am happy with my case and the protection it affords.

Interesting Shem, but I won't be fitting my Galaxy SII to handle bars, it has already been runover by 4 cars when it fell out of my pocket whilst riding a my recumbent. The fifth car hit it and smashed the screen, but it still worked:eek:

Yes - pockets zipped up - is my final check before setting off on a ride. It is so easy to get carried away with the increased speed when enjoying an e-bike trip, then you hit that rough patch, get bounced around and leave a trail of debris behind you, especially loose change for that well-earned coffee stop.

It was Velcro that let me down Shem:( I now carry it zipped into my Aldi cycling top;)

I wanted a tablet and a phone in one as i can never see the display on my old iphone, its just too small for me, I use it with a jabra stone headset and it works well, the battery is fine on it unless you have the gps on all the time, works well for tethering as well on my macbook, not sure they are still for sale, also as its a 7 inch you can use a normal phone sim in it with internet as against the larger size tablets, No idea on BB, they see to make their own rules so you would have to check that.

If you using a small laptop why not do as me, I have a gps mouse was only £15. Use it on Autoroute on the roads and OpenCPN on the water.

A Coca Cola bottle works nicely. This one was hanging from my tent poles this morning. Don't think there was much camera shake ... its more of a sway ... will update the camera shake thread later ..

I use the Topeak iPhone DryBag for my Desire S. I also bought the optional stem mount so it doesn't take up any room on my handlebars. It's completely waterproof and it has never come off even though it is on my MTB which takes some hammer when offroad. The only problem is that you can't access the home key because it is designed for the one button iPhone but the apps I use can be accessed OK by swiping down from the top. Unfortunately it is too small for a Galaxy :-(
