i know i do not post on here often but do keep poping back every few weeks to see what is going on in the elec bikes i have gone from this as i use pedel power now but find the people that use these forums are way more knowledgeable than most bike sites

sorry for the question but am trying to buy a set of rear bearings as my back wheel had a small wobble i did tighten them up but from what i remember 90 percent of the time when these needed adjusting its because of the bearings are on there way out

i can remove the bearings but am waiting for the tool to remove the free wheel and want to get the item ordered so i can do the job asap

any ideas ?

thanks for any help

Without knowing what hub you have that's a "how long is a piece of string" type question.

sorry for very late reply moved in to a new house 6 weeks ago and it needs a lot of work to give you an idea 2 toilets in the house and both dont work so bike riding has taken a bit of a back seat

but with luck might get me back in the saddle

hes a few pics that might give you an idea about the hub i cant see any name but the spindle said formula on the quick release

its a dawes giro 300

It would be best to take them apart to confirm what you've got, but the axles are normally standard - just a piece of hollow threaded bar. The bearings come in three pieces: The cone, which screws along the axle; the balls, which can be caged or individual balls; the cups, which are part of the hub. if the cups are worn, you need a new hub. If the balls are worn/damaged, so are the cups, normally. It'd best to dismantle them to see what they're like, although it's very difficult to inspect the cups. The cones and balls are standard parts that you can get from any bike shop.
