I don't see why not. The high discharge cells are 2200maH or 2900maH, which makes batteries of 8.8aH or 11.6aH. The Mosso battery is claimed to be 12aH, which probably means 11.6aH. I reckon that it'll be good for 18 amps continuous and 30 amps burst. It's the 10.4aH batteries that are rated at 10 amps continuous.
