Two HS motors, £600, rims + spokes £100, controllers £250, enough lipo to power that £500, cabling + controls £100, torque arms + welding/epoxy £100.

So about £1650 not inc labour or the base bike. Not that I'd ever build a bike like that for someone else to use.

You'd want to use a good downhill frame, preferably one with a steel rear triangle.
