what is the multimeter reading for fully charged 36v 10.4 ah battery?

hi all merry xmas my 36v 10.4 ah yosepower bottle battery seems to be giving far less range,

but I suspect the charger is showing green , befor the battery might be fully charged,

yesterday did 4 miles of flat terrain 3 on sport which I normally use, I mile turbo and the battery level indicator had already dropped I bar.

ji cannot remember what the multimeter reading should be for fully charged 36v 10.4 charger is not the original but is same spec and have used it for a year.
