No the rest aren't OK:

-the red, blue and black should be connected to the speed sensor
- the speed sensor appears to be connected to the PAS wires

I guess you have two male plugs and they wont connect, that happened to me with my last controller. Not correctly plugged in I managed to fry the PAS HALL sensor...

You have a sqaure wave (unsensored controller) and a sensored hub cable. The blue,yellow & green are motor wire phase connections so mate with corresponding w wires from the motor.
