If this is genuine, it is a superb buy!

I would advise anyone buying this bike or thinking of doing so to ask for a copy of the original invoice from the Wisper dealer with battery and frame serial numbers dealer, PM me the details and I will check it out for you.

This is well under dealer price for this bike, it surprises me that the dealer would no buy it back at this price.

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is!!

The seller provided all the information suggested by David and he has confirmed it is a genuine Wisper item.
Apparently it was a competitions prize, hence the low asking price.
