Wisper 905 recharging problem

I put my Wisper 905 on charge the other night and instead of the green LED turning yellow after a few seconds and the fan kicking in, it just stayed on green. The battery is definitely low as it's showing only 2 LEDs out of 6. I tried using my old charger from my previous Wisper, and that just did the same thing. Any ideas?

your battery is possibly out of balance.
Did you use the bike much in the last few months?
