Wisper Works prob!

Hi thought I would introduce myself I have been riding a cheap Chinese ebike for about 5 years 20 in wheels but had no problems with it at all. I ride this mainly in Spain when I go for my winter break,so on returning home thought I would try a large wheel version and bought a second hand Wisper Work which wasn't working. Got everything working now except pedal assist. I have replaced old sensor with a new one that that has a light that flashes when I pedal , but still no power so back to the drawing board. Any help much Cheers Izzy.
