Yesterday I went along with Wai Won Ching and took part in the World Naked Bike Ride around the streets of central London. http://wiki.worldnakedbikeride.org/wiki/London
It was an amazing event hundreds of cyclists taking part, I don't know the exact figure.
Before going I did not intend to totally naked, it is not compusory, but when everyone else is doing it, I thought what the hell
The start at Hyde Park was organised chaos with everyone trying to get through ranks of photograthers which seemed very weird, a bit like the red carpet at a movie premier
Once on the road, it became real fun with lots of applause and looks of amazment from motorists and pedestrians alike. There were riders from around the world and everyone I met was friendly and just having a great time for good cause.
Of course as it was the Queen's birthday, people sang happy birthday whilst going dow the Mall, but surprisingly she didn't make an appearance on the balcony
I have added a few photos here that should not offend anyone. If you want to see more, I guess there will be thousands on the web by now.
To top it all the weather was just perfect.
