Nope, it is a 2014 model, same bike as mine. You can tell by the yellow frame under the motor. On the 2013 models the frame under the motor was black.

For their 2014 range Haibike use the Gen 1 Bosch motor in the lower end of the range & The Gen 2 Bosch motor in their more expensive offerings.
