  1. Everything was good in the motor cable ,I have now 3 combinations that work fine ,same max speed ,where I have to check the Amps of each one to find the best?
  2. d8veh ,You were right ,one of the bullets wasn't fully home ,now the throttle is working ,the wheel spin a little bit ,like 3 seg ,very slow and with a weird noise ,and then stop it.I guess that at this point I have to try all the combinations for the 3 phase wires .......
  3. Hello again The throttle wires voltage is 4.4v and matching wires, red with red, black with black and signal with signal (white with blue) ,according with the S06S diagram. Now appears again the 03 error motor Hall signal abnormality each time that I try to use the throttle.
  4. I need to buy a tester tomorrow.........
  5. Thanks for the help. I don't have PAS , now I fit up the throttle matching wires and there is no error anymore ,put the settings back to the controller as I found it in the box P1 132 P2 1 (I don't have external speed sensor ,I guess that it must be o for me) P3 0 P4 0 P5 09 And the throttle still doesn't work ,I tried different combinations with the three motor wires ,follow the diagram ,and nothing. Where I supposed to fit the green cable for the throttle Leds? I am not using HWBS.
  6. I will post more pictures later on ,as I am not at home now.
  7. I disconnected the throttle ,all the wires in the motor match each other ,and there is no error now ,so looks like something is wrong with the throttle. The colours on the connector in the throttle don't match the connector in the controller ,the throttle has red, black and white, apart of other three loose cables with green, brown and yellow ,I guess that the last three are for the battery charge indicator, but in the controller, if I follow the diagram , the connector are red, black and blue.
  8. Hello everybody again. I received yesterday mi order from BMS -- Half Twist Throttle with LED Voltage Level Display - Voltage : 36V -- Brake Grip 1 -- 36V11.6Ah Bottle Wave -- Q85 36V250W Front Driving V-Brake E-Bike Motor Wheel - RPM : 328 I set up the controller S06S Hall Sensor Sine Wave for a max speed of 35 km/h, and: P1 - 202 P2 - 0 as I don't have external speed sensor P3 - 0 P4 - 0 P5 - 15 and the only thing that appears in the display is the 03 Error ,each time that I try to use the throttle. Any advice it will be very welcome
  9. Hello everybody ,I am a Spanish guy living in Aberdeen ,and after have been reading the forum for a while ,I want to start my project. The bike is going to be a Dahon Speed 3 ,folding 20" wheels ,with 3 speed hub. After reading the forum ,I am thinking in a Cute Q85 front wheel engine ,250w ,because of the fork size in the Dahon is only 83mm. I found the engine in 3 different versions ,201rpm ,261rpm and 328rpm.As I am 90kg rider ,and there are many up hills in Aberdeen ,I choose the second one ,261rpm ,trying to find balance. I am going for a 36v, 10Ah Li Ion bottle battery with integrated controller ,and here is the first of my doubts, which controller do I need? ,there are two options ,a sensorless square wave ,or a Hall sensor sine wave?, the idea is ride the bike with a thumb throttle as much time as I can ,I would like to use it for commuting ,and I don't want to reach the places sweating ,I already have a proper MTB to keep me fit ;-) There is another option with the controller, 90v-132v, or 200v-264v, I guess that my choice must be the second one. I am not looking for a big speed ,as I want to keep a low profile ,just go with the same speed than a regular bike ,but without pedalling, and I prefer have a bigger torque. It would be enough for me doing about 15-18 miles with one battery charge. Any advice would be most welcome ,thanks in advance Mark PS Excuse my English ,I am doing my best ;-)
