Dillenger electric refused to replace a broken part under warranty, not only that but they offered to sell me the broken part for $50, which to me was a slap in the face. This is when I decided to buy out several domain names, www.dillengerelectric.com www.dillengerelectricbicycles.com and document my experience so that other consumers don't fall for their bogus boisterous warranty claims that they have the best warranty in the business and that it's unlimited...etc. The website has a ton of info including a timeline, copies of my receipts, copies of the support conversations, copies of their warranty claims, pictures showing why the rack broke and even a section showing how I repaired my rack and how you can repair yours too. I've set this post to notify me when a reply is posted and I will answer any and all questions that you have.
