  1. No license and riding uninsured. Probably would have got away with it if had pedals fitted. Police have dropped all chargers. Might be a way to get it back via auction but there Web site does say will be destroyed. Milage only just in double figures it's basically brand new.
  2. Yes. Uk met police. Not my bike but someone else's. I ment they won't release it with it having insurance. Which only insurance we can get is Vin insurance (vin insurance allows you to take it to from test centre so £195 by time book test and buy insurance) but that's not good enough to get it released from pound.
  3. One in pound first offence pound won't release it with insurance can't get insurance cause not registered. Vin insurance won't allow release

  10. I'm in need of a buck converter Perfect would be up to 55v to run a 48v battery to step down to 42 volts 18-20amps to run on a 36v speed controller. I found a 10amp one but it's out of stock. I was going yo buy 2 to and run parallel. I wouls go for an adjustable one if there's such a thing. Please drop links. Thanks Hrs of searching getting no ware
  11. Ta what am I looking at lol. I'm planning on possibly making it 20amp too. Alternatively I like to find a 42volt regulator so can run 48 volt battery would probably really save any issues
  12. Hi people I fitted a battery from another bike and made no difference today I wired 3 car batteries and charger. Giving 41.7 volts it made 14.5mph. Disconnected the charger and as the volts dropped as did the speed. Thinking of fitting a 48v 20ah battery.
  13. I thought like that but fitted a brand new battery and had same issue.
  14. As per header anyone know if this controller could handle 48v please

  21. E scooters getting seized big time round my way. You obviously wasn't in here when I was issues with ticket for no insurance and riding without license or helmet . Back in 2015. In 18 months I got stopped 7 times. In the email was sent round police advising my bike and I were legal lol

  23. It's 2020. My other bikes 2015 so Grampa rights. Motor is 240w on new bike and cuts out at 15.4mph. As I understand it 2016 twist and go become illigal and classed as moped mode meaning needs to be registered and classed as motorized vehicle. I know 1st Jan somthings altered due to exiting EU but don't think was much. But I have no idea
