I have ended up with the Kalkhoff Ergo Impulse XXL i360 mainly because the company selling the KTM didn't seem very interested in selling me a bike! The Kalkhoff is very heavy and it would get me up the hills if it weren't for the fact that my legs aren't what they used to be. When they give up the ghost I stop and rest for a minute or two and then start off again. What I can't understand is why, when I start off again, the bike seems to produce more power for a short period. If it kept on producing that level of power I would probably be able to cycle non stop to the top of the hill.

Thanks for that. I'll change the frame size a.s.a.p. Also put willing to deliver up to 120miles!

Just had the same problem with Saga or, to be more accurate, their underwriters. . As far as I could gather they were happy to include cover for my new bike on my household policy but balked at the replacement value.

Bought just before Christmas and has been out once for a test run (8 miles). Not used since. Reason for selling - can't get it into the garage of my motorhome. I thought that I would have plenty of room but am several inches out , Reluctant to keep removing the front wheel as I'm worried about damaging the motor connections and the forks when manhandling the bike in and out of the garage.
