    As I think you can program these for higher speeds , also anyone pressed + and - at the same time on the volt controller , have done this but dont know what it all means on the screen

    This was my reply from volt bikes : Hi I’m afraid it is not possible to increase the top speed. Our motors are not limited, this is just the top speed of a motor that size.
