Bottle battery 10s1p 36v test build. tbc... Studied, searched and read about cable for powering ebikne, type of 18650 cells, to use a bms or not. List of stuff: Samsung INR18650-25R 3.6V 2500mAh from www.fasttech.com. Solder from ebay. Nickel tape from ebay 10 Cells 36V 40A BMS, eBay Turnigy 14AWG Silicone Wire (Red and Black), www.hobbyking.com Turnigy 20AWG Silicone Wire (Red and Black), www.hobbyking.com Charger, ebay. (Charger, bmsbattery. Has an earthing error) EC2 connectors for charging, ebay XT-60 connectors for power, ebay Waterproof junction box, eBay user: mgokay Silicon wires sch10 and sch14, hobbyking Put together a 10s1p system. Leaded all battery ends. Cut ni tape, and connected cells and bms. Mixed up the bms charger connections, and smoked the first bms:(. Orderd a second, squached in the mail, nice ebay seller sent me the third at no cost:). Marked all wires with numbers, no errors. But a short at the end of the assembly scared me, blue flash and a crack sound, and the ni tape spat all over. I use glass magnifier during soldering, lucky after all. Even more precasion, and fitted the 10s pack inside the bottle with no more incidents.
