Replacement batterys (suppliers?)
Thanks for suggestions! I agree about the batteries on eBay, don't really want to go there! Will have a look at BGA though

Replacement batterys (suppliers?)
Hello, I've owned my Greenedge CS2 since March 2016. I've been using it almost everyday since to commute to and from work at 9 miles a day! The battery has started to deteriorate and I was baulking at the price of replacement quoted on e-bikes direct at £299. I was hoping there'd be a decent replacement battery under £200 available from somewhere. I've seen some batteries on ebay but wondered if it's worth trying a supplier. The battery itself was supplied and has Samsung battery cells. Can anyone point me in the right direction? It's a 36v, 250 watt motor I have.

Kenda tyres
Some good advice really. I felt snookered, but I'm also going to get some quick release for the wheels so it's easy to get them off.

Kenda tyres
Hey guys, Well it's been around a month, used the bike every day, get half way to work this morning and hear a loud 'bang' and it looks like my back tyre inner tube has given up the goose. I went over a bit of grass, which I think was disguising something sinister. However, it's got me thinking of the best way to tackle a puncture whilst trying to get to work - I don't think this will be a regular occurance. Anyone else had similar issues? How have you overcome? Is it worth investing in some tyre gunk to block any punctures? Keen to hear other stories.

Just joined, hi everyone!
Thank you! Very keen to know of anyone who's modified their non-electric bike and how they found it! There's loads of cables with mine going everywhere but it just looks overall like a typical MTB

Hello, Thought I'd introduce myself a bit, still new to the world of pedelecs but really loving it so far. I was really surprised about how far tech has come the last couple of years. Having looked at a variety of bikes, mainly hybrids to get me to work - I work in the city center of Newcastle, I hadn't even considered a pedal assist bike. Best decision I've made recently, since my knees are more or less shot and get sore easily, I have found my Greenedge bike to be amazing for getting me to work everyday, even when raining (which it did when I first had it delivered and rode it home). The cycle scheme certainly is a wonderful thing. I'll be checking out other posts on here, mostly interested in maintenance and bike setups so I'll be looking at those threads first.
