Faulty eCarrera Crossfire
That's what happened with mine, the screen and power is cut completely. Previously I had to get off the bike, adjust the barrel connector and then turn the battery on. Then and only then could I ride again. If there's another issue then I can't help, I can only determine that this cured my problem.

There is a simple and easy for the for the power cutting out. A cable tie in the right place is all it needs https://the-bionic-cyclist.co.uk/2017/10/15/the-dreaded-power-cut-fixed/ 500 miles and no power cuts.

Remove the neoprene cover from the connecting barrel, add a ziptie like so The zip tie pushed the barrels together.

I've managed to fix/reduce the number of powercuts to the bike: https://the-bionic-cyclist.co.uk/2017/10/15/the-dreaded-power-cut-fixed/ All it takes is a single cable-tie in the right place. 500 miles and only 2 cutouts.

Carrera Crossfire-E Video Review
Hey Leccy, I assume you are Saima B on youtube? I've added your comment to my ride out video, YT marked it as spam hence the delay. I love this bike, it's awesome. I know the EU rules limit to 15.5mph and 250w but that creates a level playing field where the actual bike and build quality begin to matter, and I think this is really up there with some of the best around Just my 2 pence worth I've also got a video review (nearly an hour long) with a long ride and some big hills. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cUpFluwBIo0

I have a written review (not spam I promise): https://the-bionic-cyclist.co.uk/2017/03/19/carrera-crossfire-e-electric-bike-review/ There's a very long video review there too, with a 16 mile round trip with some nice long and steep hills to climb. TBH I freakin' love this bike. One of the very best purchases I've ever made.

Yes but I only noticed this when I went down a VERY bumpy cobbled road and only twice in 200 miles has it done this.
