  1. Little update: Specialized are going to give me a new battery so they can check what's gone wrong with the old one. Except they haven't got any in stock, and it'll be four weeks-ish.But with Xmas, who knows! But the shop I got it from, AJ Cycles https://www.ajcycles.co.uk/ have demo bikes and will lend me one of their bike's batteries which is very nice of them. So I can get out over Xmas etc. It's the first bike I've bought from them (even though they're very local to me) and it won't be the last. Nice people.
  2. There is no cable coming out of the switch. There's just one built-in on/off button on the Specilaized. I contacted dealer who will contact Specialized on Monday and let me know what to do. Not good as I have a day off and the sun is shining! And my virtually brand new £4000 bike is dead!
  3. Used it three times in the dry. Charged it after I last used it, and it's sat in my dining room since. That was six days ago. Now it won't turn on. If I plug the charger in, the green light on the charger stays green. But the bike won't turn on. I took the battery out, re-installed it, the same. Before I take it back to the shop, any ideas? Is there a reset? I'd hate for it to do this out on the trial!
