Bergamont-E-Ville-A8-500 Any experiences, good or bad?
I am now trying to get insurance for it. The problem is I spend about 6 months of the year out of the UK in our motorhome with the bikes on the bike carrier. I have looked at several companies and most limit EU cover to 30/45/60 days maximum in a year. Any suggestions where I can get cover for 120 days in one trip and or 180 days in a 12 month period?

Electric three wheel bikes
My wife has one of these and thinks it's great. Only downside is no gears, but we have tricked the computer to think the rear driven motor is bigger than it is and we have also changed the gear ratio to allow a higher speed with a slower pedal rate. http://www.ciclotekstore.com/b2c/producto/0401020/1/triciclo-soul-electrico

Roodog Explorer battery query
Roodog were unable to honour the guarantee as the battery was 15 months old. I did by the bike as a discontinued model with a 12 month warranty. I have now purchased here in Spain a replacement battery with a 10.4 amph rather than 9.0amph came complete with a new charger, fly lead and battery carrier all for €299

Thank you for your comments. I have reported them back to Roodog and will await their advice. The battery is only 15 months old and has been cared for in the correct manner. I will post photos if we decide to go that route (under advice from Roodog).

Roodog Explorer battery query
Hi. My first post here. I have an excellent Roodog Explorer bike and have had it now about 15 months. It is a great bike and I have been out on many rides, but never exceeded 16 miles and always returned with 3/4 power left in the battery as shown on the handlebar display. Last week I went out for my longest ride of 21 miles on a slightly extended route to my previous 16 mile route, all fairly flat terrain. At 18 miles the battery went flat, dead flat. The led indicator however still displayed 3 out of 4 light still lit, leaving me thinking there was a connection problem, but no, the battery was flat. A quick recharge returned the battery and bike back to normal. Has anyone else had the same problem of a totally inaccurate display? I now wonder if, on my previous regular 16 mile rides how close the battery was to being totally flat, again 3/3 of the lights were lit at the end of each ride. I have spoke to Roodog and it's a problem they have not come across previously. Any suggestion would be gratefully received. Thanks Dennis
