Holding down the 2 just switched the display light on off resets the counters

My lcd setting 1 power on hold up now down 2 mxs and kh/sign 72 are flashing 3 26in flashing 4 mph and mil flashing That's all I have

Yes this one gone thew all the settings still only runs very slow

lookingfor some help brought z6 ebike the throttle on the bike moves very slow but when peddling goes as it should.. the bike has a lcd 880 gone through all setting but can't get the bike to go more than 4/5 mph on throttle it has 6pmh walking setting I would like to remove this to the legal UK limit 15.5mph would i be able to it's 36v battery 250watt hub
