    Hi all I'm Ian from South Wales Long term mtber since 1993 Have an orange five 2017 and have a trek powerfly 9lt on order. Had a Heart attack whilst mountain biking at bpw 20 months ago and whilst I have generally recovered I still struggle on the hills, so i sold my Capra and put it down against the Trek. Hope to ride with you soon Ian
