I got a cargo bike with a 250W 48V Bafang middrive motor having problems with the clutch. It seems to be almost impossible to get the nylon gear as a replacment part. This ist the version sold before 2015 with the single needle bearing and the 6mm indentation. There is just one offer on Ebay for 90 Euro each. Is this nylon gear out of production or where does the price come from? Would you recommend to replace the motor with the newer version? These nylon gears are available everywhere for about 30 Euro.

I have exacly the same problem DreadPirateRoberts had 3 years ago. The gears you linked to at the time are not available anymore. Also searching aliexpress did not give any results. Is there any other source for these nylon gears?
