Battery discharger/level indicator
Two silverfish style and a Swytch. Maybe I'm thinking of a charger that I could set to charge to a specific level for storage rather than discharge from full.

Battery discharger/level indicator
Hi, Is there a battery discharger available that would let me to keep my batteries at a good level for storage if I'm not able to ride for a while? I have three bikes and it's on my mind that I shouldn't neglect any for long periods of time so I'd like something that could maintain them for longevity. It's not easy to use them in rotation due to time restrictions. I'm in the UK by the way. Many thanks Ashley

Thanks a lot! I never knew they existed :-)

Variable battery charger?
Can anyone recommend a battery charger that would allow me to see how much the battery is charged rather than just a red/green light saying that it's 100%? I've got a 48V 10.4 battery on a 500W motor. Thank you

Front hub kit spindle size?
Hi all, am I right in assuming that most if not all of the front hub kits have a 10mm spindle? My old Halfords mtb has a 9mm spindle I think ( needs a 15 mm spanner ). I guess I'd need to modify the slot? Thanks Ashley

Brake sensors necessary?
Hi all, I'm thinking of purchasing a 26 inch 250W front wheel kit and some suppliers offer additional brake levers or just the brake cables with sensors. This seems to be an optional extra so I was wondering how necessary this part is? I mean if you stop pedalling the motor cuts out anyway. I'm opting for the legal PAS non throttle version. Also can anyone recommend a supplier? I was initially looking at a Swytch kit. Thanks everyone

Throttle to controller connection issue
Hi, I ordered a thumb throttle for my bike and it came with red, green and black wires fitted to a female connector. The only free wires on my controller are red, black and white also fitted to a female connector. I'm assuming that this is the throttle connection? I've tried contacting the bike supplier with no reply. Thank you Ashley

Michael Blast Greaser
I know it's all about the looks ( which I love ) but has anyone had any experience with these bikes? I've seen only a couple of reviews.

Are throttles legal or not?
Ha! Thanks. So far as I can see the whole things one foggy mess. 500 watt motors being sold as UK legal etc etc etc. Like you say I'm sure the police have better things to do with their time and are fairly clueless on this anyway. Seems like some of these shops are exploiting the lack of clarity though.

Are throttles legal or not?
I've seen a few conversion kits available with throttles ( grip or thumb ) so are these legal? For instance, 250 watt road legal motor with optional throttle. Does the throttle render the kit illegal?

Where do you charge your battery?
I keep my bike in the garage so do you think it's fine to charge it where it is ( obviously very cold at the moment ) or should I remove it and take in in the house? Does temperature make any difference?

Do you let friends have a go?
I think I'd let someone have a go that was possibly contemplating getting one but I'm thinking of a friend that simply wants a go for the hell of it and who doesn't normally ride a bike anyway........and a clumsy friend at that :-)

Do you let friends have a go?
Yes you'r right the motorbike thing is different.

Do you let friends have a go?
How precious are you with your ebike? You wouldn't just let a friend have a go on your motorcycle so would you let friends try out your ebike? I'm very reluctant due to the cost and the fact that this is my pride and joy.

Puncture proofing tyres
Has anyone on here used any of the gunk you put through the valve that helps to seal punctures?
