  1. Bike shop finally offered me a replacement bike and now own a kenevo comp. Hopefully motor issues are now fixed as this is 2nd gen.
  2. I have also had 2 battery's and 2 motors replaced since owning from Feb 2017. Currently back with bike shop with another motor issue. Have you had any luck seeking a refund or replacement?
  3. Just come across this forum as my specialized turbo levo fsr just stopped working. I have had since Feb and first problem was bluetooth of battery not working. Shop swapped out battery for new one. Since then no problems at all, until yesterday when motor just started spinning with no power to the drive. Done over 500 miles and I am hoping that this will be an easy fix but looking at some threads on here I am concerned that I may be without my bike for a while. Took back to dealer today, just have to wait for diagnoses.
