Woosh Krieger - no power :(
Hi, hoping I can get a recommendation for bike shop near me to look at a Woosh Krieger electric bike - display doesn't turn on. Battery is apparently fully charged but bike is dead. Local bike shop doesn't look at e-bikes and Halfords only deal with their model. Looking for recommendations for shops near Trowbridge, Wiltshire if poss (including Bath if none closer). Would battery be possible to check as really wouldn't know where to start myself! Thanks, Em

Handle bars on Krieger
Thanks so much for the advice, I would say that with the tools it came with even Arnie would struggle to tighten that! Using an adjustable spanner gave it a little bit extra and now it's tight, phew! Will give it an outing tomorrow

Handle bars on Krieger
Hi - tried this but will not tighten. There are two angled parts that fit together when the Allen key is turned and the lever itself doesn't change how tight that is (I think). It is as tight as a hand will allow though. The lever will only change the rotation of the bars eg to adjust brake lever height.

Handle bars on Krieger
Hi, after joining the forum and saying hi recently, I have jumped in and bought a new Krieger Only problem is, I can't seem to tighten the handlebars - the Allen key attaches a quill stem. Both me and other half have tried turning Allen key at varying tightness but it is still a bit loose, and once it is a bit loose it immediately goes very loose. We are at the unboxing stage and hoping to use tomorrow. Help appreciated!!!! Thanks, Em

Hi from Wiltshire
Hi again, sorry I didn't see the replies earlier but thanks for the welcome Yes - hills are pretty common around here! I'm 5'9" of average build and not a regular cyclist, although hoping that the extra help will make my commute possible - it's 6 miles each way, a few days a week Budget started at about 1000 but now I realise that won't go far I have settled at about 1200. One make I have tried is a Wisper but saw a review for a Woosh which also looked good... so many choices!!! I want a robust enough bike to last me through the winter and tackle the hills around here. Cheers Em
