  1. Hello, I am looking to buy a cargo bike with a performance line bosch CX motor. It has done 5000 miles in just two years. I am assuming the battery will need replacing at some point, which is straight forward. But I am unsure about the motor. Do Bosch motors wear out after a certain mileage? Can it be replaced? Thanks, Jane
  2. My partner's Batri Bike - a Delta mountain bike was stolen last night from St Albans. I know the chance of seeing it again is low but I thought I'd reach out here on the off chance it is seen. If any dealers are asked about chargers please be wary. We have informed our dealer. https://batribike.com › see-the-bikes › delta Thanks, Jane
  3. Hello all, My partner's Batri Bike - a Delta mountain bike was stolen last night from St Albans. If you are reading this having seen one advertised second hand please get in touch. I know the chance of seeing it again is low but it is not a very common bike and I thought I'd reach out here on the off chance it is seen. thanks, Jane

Thanks. Sorry. I meant to say it is the Woosh Rio Mountain bike. Battery is a 17AH lithium battery positioned on down tube.

Hello, I bought a Woosh bike last week and it is great. However one issue I am dealing with is the battery lock. With the lock on it stays on the bike but easily lifts off the bike without the key. It doesn't matter what position the lock is in. I had thought the lock secured it to the bike? It is a retractable bolt rather than a deadlock bolt. The latch hole is fairly shallow and has a sloping side which is enough to push the retactable bolt back. A gentle tug pulls the battery out. I can't see any damage to the lock. Is this normal? Do people take the lock with them when locking the bike up? Thanks
