It is Google search regarding my interest in "electrocuting" a R&M's Birdy, which yielded in link to this portal. I am an experienced bicycle and electric bicycle mechanic, in latest of my forties, all time bike enthusiast. Particularly I am interested in evangelizing EV conversion of the means of transport, as a whole, of which consider cycling as the most affordable (off-board solutions for electrification of boats is faster). Having spent from 1997-2015 living in EU, I witnessed surfacing of EV revolution in means of transportation. Upon return to Montenegro and ex-YU, I am actively looking for ways of extending cycling. My entrepreneurial effort started developing travel agency and for my third season I would be glad to introduce bike tourism if possible, electrifying adventure, pedelec or e-bike. I am actively looking for collaboration in order to create an e-bike clinic, where people could roll our clients in for EV conversion or roll out an OEM electric bike. I would like to convey my experience and help people around me to enjoy the most exotic of pedaling experience, including recumbent cycling, even trikes, of course, zapping with electricity. Concerning educational background, mine is in agricultural engineering and plant sciences. Upon graduation, with diplomas, we have been given to sign a charter of taking care of the environment. I am very cautious on that matter and see EVs as an important part of the solution of our civilizational contaminating habits. I cheer to tens of thousands of members of Pedelecs in this effort and thank you for accepting an outsider, myself.

At 2008 Eurobike, Riese ind Müller offered their folding model in "electrocuted" edition: http://road.cc/content/news/326-new-birdy-electric-folder They gave it up due to portability issues with increased weight, nevertheless "eBirdy" was folding as originally intended. With electrified Brompton surfacing shortly, I wouldn't be surprised if R&M revamp their decade old prototype.
