    Hi Y'all Been cycling (allsorts) non competitively for a long time. Amongst my little collection I have a Helios Circe (or is it Circe Helios?) tandem with the eight speed Alfine gears. As my wife and I have a total age of 136, thinking it's maybe time for some assistance. I'm sure I'll find all I need to know here.
