The battery is of the bike

Tried unplugging it etc, green light comes on, turns red then after 30 seconds or so, starts flashng red

The battery is on charge now the pack is on 3 bars, but the battery charger block is just flashing red, what does this mean?

Yes everything works, the motor starts, just seems the battery doesn' deliver a full charge, I've found one battery and it' over 400 pounds

How would I go about getting that done

Yes have the charger, but it's not holding much charge

Hi I was recently given a giant escape hybrid 1 by my friend, it' in need of some tlc the battery doesn't hold much charge So is it worth replacing, as I've been told the ecu units on this type of bike can also be faulty? Any help would be appreciated thanks
