    Hi re error code 7 over voltage protection. I have the same problem on a BBS01 36V mid drive motor. It has only covered 300 miles and has not been tampered with or abused. I am told the controller is a weak part in this system. Does anyone know what item fails in the controller. It would be of interest to see if it can be replaced without spending some £70 on a new one.
