  1. Just went to look at one today. Looks like they have upgraded the display compared to the reviews as it had one of these. Quite impressed as it’s very quiet compared to my DIY ebike
  2. I’m debating on rockrider e-st900 or going for a giant fathom e+ 3 (2021) which is basically the same price.
  3. Any reviews for this full suspension mid drive? https://www.cyclotricity.com/uk/electric-bikes/dual-power-ebikes/crank-drive-beast-500w-f-s-19ah.html
  4. Figured out the rear brake lights! tap power while it’s on And this symbol appears (backlight) , now light comes on when braking
  5. Good to know thanks! I find it useful here if anyone was wondering. stops the battery moving up/down ever so slightly and bike nowquieter!
  6. Any idea where this is from? Just packing? I found if you wedge it above the battery, it stops it rattling! It was in the bottom Of the box but is cracked
  7. Yes I’ve not figured out the rear brake light. theres 2 switches , one for battery and small one I presume for rear brake light. Doesn’t seem to come on if headlight is on. Or if pulling brake lever.
  8. Seems pretty solid so far. I was a bit worried about no front suspension but I think I had tires inflated too high. Seems OK now. Doesn’t appear to be a way to derestrict throttle So it maxes out at walking speed.
  9. If you’re wondering, out the box it reads 16mph top speed on flat but my gps says 19mph. It feels faster than my DIY ebike. a lot of fun so far!
  10. More a case of sitting further back on the seat
  11. https://mibebikes.co.uk/products/urban-scrambler?utm_content=Facebook_UA&utm_source=facebook&variant=32172167331915 Are these style bikes any good on UK roads without front suspension? Specs attached, Motor:Bafang RM 060.250.DC 48v
  12. Yeah the tape looks fine. The front is on 60 but when the rear was 60, it looked like it needed inflating with the extra weight from the motor. I checked PSI with my big air compressor and also with my car digital compressor so the measurement should be good. I'm kinda inclined to change it to a 700x38 to see if that helps?
  13. I have the Woosh XF08C kit and the rear has exploded twice now just while the bike is sitting in the shed. The first time I put it down to perhaps a bad fit of the tube, so the 2nd time I was extra thorough making sure the tube is not pinched anywhere. I inflated the tube slightly, put the other side of the tire on the rim then went all the way around squeezing the tire to ensure the tube is not trapped, then slowly inflated to 73PSI. The tire is a Schwalbe land cruiser 700 x 35c, the same tire on the front has been fine. Tire states up to 85PSI. First tube was a presta 700 x 28-47 and the 2nd tube was a Bontrager 700 x35-44C I've checked the tire for issues and also the rim and can't see anything. I went for a 14mile ride without issue and when I got back I looked around the tyre and it looked fine. Then an hour after it was put in the shed. BANG. The only thing common I can see is that it has blown out at the top of the tire each time it was sat, leading me to think the weight at the bottom has broken the seal at the top? Any ideas please folks?bead failure? wrong size tire?
