Getting back on......
I fell off last Friday. I was taking my usual route into town. One section of the route is a shared path with pedestrians and two people were coming towards me with a double buggy so I stopped to let them through. When I set off I misjudged my distance from the kerb and I hit it with my front wheel and down I went. My shopping bike is a converted Pashley Post office bike, so is very heavy I was trapped under it and it took a while to extricate myself. Injuries were a bruised and grazed knee, cuts and grazes to both hands and a severely dented pride. I returned home to lick my wounds. Had a cup of tea. Then decided I had to get back on which I did and rode the original route into town. I am still aching now, but I am glad I got straight back on. In 60 years of cycling I can count on one hand how many times I have fallen off . I suspect the consequences maybe more serious now than when I was youngster.

Kunteng (KT) brand reduced shipping to the UK from Aliexpress
I buy radio stuff of Aliexpress and noticed the same thing. However if I put the item in my basket it then becomes available to the UK. Some items I ordered like this turned up yesterday. Maybe worth a try.

36v bafang motor
I have an Elephant bike that is an ex postoffice bike with a Bafang mid drive motor. I have had it about 3 years. It is my daily ride for shopping etc. I have a couple of other Ebikes, a Haibike hardseven and a Emu front wheel drive, but the Elephant bike is my favourite

Chain Jump
Back in the mists of time with 5, 6 ,7 speed blocks / cassettes they used to last for ever. When I was younger I did 10,000 miles a year. I had 2 chains which I changed each week, so I had 1 on the bike and one soaking in a tray of diesel. With this system my drive train would last a couple of years. Back to the present with 10, 11,12 speed chains and cheap chinese cassettes that are made out of cheese. I change at around 1000 miles. In winter on my road bike I ride 68 inch fixed with a single speed wide chain, lasts for ever.

Chain Jump
I think you are probably right, but first check you haven't any stiff links.

Has anyone used Swinging Wheels stabilisers on e-bike?
When my father reached his late eighties, his balance became a problem. He had cycled all his life, it was his great passion. He changed from human power to ebike at 81. so with the balance problem, he decided he would buy an E tricycle, but could never control it. Over 70 years of balancing on 2 wheels, he just could not get used to 3 wheels and kept going straight on at corners. He was bitterly disappointed. I would certainly try and get a test ride before you buy. It's a shame we did not know about Swinging Whels he may have been OK with those.

Most People Don't Know How Bikes Work
Pretty well agree, apart from when I used to race on the track I could do a mean track stand. So I could balance whilst stopped. However this does need a fixed wheel and slight forward/backward movement.
