I like to run all cables along brake or gear cables that way it don't look much different as there are already cables there...

1st thing I would say to a person that has never built is, battery is the most important and most expensive part....spend what you can on one...Jimmy at insat London is good...he will make one to what ever spec u want at a fair price

LOL , in my eyes there's only one way of looking at this. Can you afford it? If yes DO IT and post pics lol... maybe 250w might be abit underpowered for such a machine tho!

Agree, less speed more mileage is the way forward....I've set my limit to 22mph...I I do feel like gunning it I just use throttle...

Yup shiny things are dangouros... hope you sort your controller out...after I plugged my eggrider in, I had no problems going back to lcd3 controller..

It's nice to see people making advances in the custom ebike world...I've only had my ebike for a couple of months and it has actually changed my life...been cycling regular most of my life...I'm talking carbon frames, tight lycra ECT ECT...to effortlessly pedal at 20mph for 50miles without breaking a sweat is just amazing...I am aware that I will probs start putting weight soon tho lol

I sent mine back and got a full refund....I will buy a 500w bafang motor from the company as they where very fast and helpful but the eggrider was not for me. I have decided that the ktlcd3 is a great bit of cheap kit and works extremely well...

Also I'm not using a bafang system...so maybe this is my only way to adjust settings without being a computer hacker?..
