I'm not sure I can see where a fuse would be on my battery unit, seems to be sealed with a socket for the charger, a usb port and a power switch. What type of fuse is it? I'll get it open and have a look

Hi guys, I have this battery http://eclipsebikes.com/product_info.php?products_id=109 And im hoping it's just my charger thats given up (I'm waiting on a new one) but I'm making plans in case it isn't. Basically it stopped taking charge suddenly, and went from 3 led lights lighting up on the indicator to none at all, which is why I'm concerned it could be the controller. Is there any part I can buy in the UK to repair the battery if its just the controller? I can't seem to find anything as I'm not 100% on what to actually search for. Thanks in advance

That would be "drunk in charge of a vehicle" If hes over the limit in his car with the keys on a public road, that's an offence that comes with a 12 month minimum ban.

I've looked at doing that but would prefer a method that doesn't require any hard mods. Plug and play will suit me more. Battery indicator is nice too. £45 is cheap enough, I spent the same on my chainring adapter ha!

Yeah I understand. For half the price of the eggrider though im happy with a glorified power button which is all it is!

Hmmm, I may just get that mini one off eBay there's some for £46 posted. If they don't affect my programming at all I only need it to turn the thing on and off, show speed and battery level and Pas level. I'm either full throttle or peddling in Pas 9

does the eggrider work without a phone connected, sort of set and forget? i use my bike off road mainly and just buzz about on full throttle mainly.

Im not sure if the display or the controller on the motor contains the settings? Would i be better with an eggrider v2? Cheers

I always have my S8 on my bars but will probably be going back to iPhone at Christmas time. Will have to hold out on one of these until then if its one or the other

Looks really good but seems you have to choose android or iOS, is there not one compatible with both?

Would that be the case if it says 750w on the enclosure and is a 25a controller, could it still be locked to 18?

It says it's "basically a reprogrammed 750w kit" is there any more to it or could I just reprogramme it myself down the line?

Eclipse have emailed back saying they're adding stock soon so I'll wait on them I think, seems like they'll be better after sale. Cheers guys

ok ill ask them to check for me. now ive seen things about reprograming them to perform better will the B version be ok with that? they have different controllers dont they? i'd like to be able too get full throttle as well as pedal assist at varying levels but still be able to use the throttle when pas is turned on?

Well as it stands I'm not getting many replies from anyone to sell me the kit in the first place so I'm not expecting particularly good after sales off any of them ha!

I called to ask, and they're unsure if it's the B version. I'll only be doing 5 mile runs so I'm going for a more compact 11ah battery for lower weight

Hi guys, bit of a noob here both to your forum and ebikes in general. I'm looking for a BBS02 kit, ive settled on this after deciding its better for hilly off road trails than a hub motor. I've found a few kits, some places showing out of stock and no one seems to reply to me. Eclipse ebikes; out of stock, not replying to my emails and cant find a phone number ebike-sales; in stock on their site but theres a banner saying theyre closed until feb, does anyone know if that was feb 18, or feb 19? should i just order? finally, pedalease https://pedalease.co.uk/index.php?rt=product/product&path=67_71&product_id=13172445 it looks like a bafang kit, apart from a different design on the motor housing. does anyone know what this kit is? Finally, any recommendations on what screen i should be going for? ideally i'd like to be able to modify the software to try different settings and since it'll be used off road i dont want to be speed limited or be unable to use throttle only mode. Any recommendations for stockists of the 750w bbs02 that have stock around the £400 mark? Thanks in advance guys.
