  1. Giant/Yamaha Drive Problem

    Hi all, I recently purchased a Giant E1+ Pro Road and soon after installed a Speedbox 2 and everything was working fine for a week. It then developed a problem of the motor assist cutting out at about 13mph and then not re-engaging until the speed had dropped down to 8mph. It would continue this cycle irrelevant of what the torque was so going uphill or downhill made no difference. I removed the Speedbox and the results were the same. The speedo reads correctly whatever speed I'm doing either assisted or unassisted and the charge on the battery seems to be working fine. Do any of you guys have any idea what may be causing this??? Many thanks.
