Hi all a little help please. So I have a Cyclotricity Revolver, I fell off a curb on it and dropped it. The display is working and its showing its fully charged. When I pedal im not getting any assist so its like cycling through treacle. What could of dropping my bike have caused this to happen? cheers

its back they literally replaced the whole system then i get e003 code straight away but seemed ok when i cycled home. so fingers crossed will be ok

oh god had to borrow a normal bike to get to work it was like peddling uphill even on the straight I'm so unfit.

They still selling these bikes so I guess can replace Suntour HESC drive, still gonna be so unreliable I just know it even when fixed

well been over a week in Halfords, replaced crank sensor and other bits. They saying whole motor gone so rear wheel needs replacing. Gonna be gone ages hope they bugger it right up then they will have give me a new bike :-) really like the look of the bosch systems look a lot more reliable just looking at them. Oh and they said its under warranty on the phone so hope the Halfords guy right.

lol the monitor is hanging off because the housing broke, its not clean because i didnt clean it this week and the bald tyre well that is my fault. The suntour system has always gone wrong always turning off with some error code

wow if I get my bike fixed wouldn't mind doing this. can you just buy the same size deristricted controller and plug right in?

Trying find information on this 2 year warranty on electric parts buggered if I can see anything that says it has to be serviced

But maybe they have fully qualified technicians in Halfords so electric kits don’t have go back to manufacturer?

I can’t argue with people face to face lol. Both technicians just said to me yeah you have two years warranty depending on if electrical parts been looked after and serviced. They said they don’t know until they look at it. I left it there but my bike is dirty with bald back tyre and monitor mount hanging off so they will say I’ve not looked after it. I’m worried I’m gonna have pay loads to get it done now. It’s Tonbridge Halfords I’m gonna need evidence to argue with the manager I feel I’m gonna get screwed. The crossfire and Vulcan have been so unreliable, I’m going to have to complain to Halfords customer services. Does anyone advise what I should do? Still got a feeling they just gonna say it ain’t covered

They saying may not be covered with warranty as it depends on parts being serviced. I didn’t know I had to have the suntour system serviced to ensure it stays in warranty

also guys I forgot to add for around the last 6 months I have been getting a rubbing/loud vibration sound coming from the back wheel motor anyone had that?

I have wiped the sensor and the disc the torque sensor im guessing im sure used to turn when I was peddling. It just seems all wrong plus when I turn the screen on the bike lurches forward when its going along its going faster than it used to before it cuts out

today I was feeling like I couldnt do anything but thanks to you guys at least I have hope I can get a refund of some sorts

blimey thats a really nice bike but I WONT GET ENOUGH REFUND TO BUY THAT

ill only get that choice if they cant fix it wont I? or should I insist straight away I want a replacement?

another problem i have is when i got the bike it was cheaper at 850 pounds, so if they give me a refund they will only give me 850 pounds and i wont be able buy anything good with that
