Giant road e Battery loses charge when left on bike but not when removed. Any ideas what might be causing this.

I'm afraid I've become a fine weather rider so hopefully I won't be experiencing that problem. Many years ago I had them fitted to me other bike and my wife's bike and we done lands end to John O Groat's in some bad weather with no problems.

Have now completed the FIRST 1000 miles on my Carrera crossfuse, yesterday changed my tyres to Schwalbe marathon plus 700 X 35. Went out for a ride today quite a revolution, mostly flat tarmac with some canal towpaths as well, on the flat maintaining a speed of approximately 17 mph with no tyre noise had to keep looking at the speedometer to check what speed I was doing. Would highly recommend 28 miles great result.

In Halfords yesterday noticed it had gone up by£200 to£1800, so a bargain with my 10% off the £1600 . Makes me feel even better.

Great to hear someone else's review. I got mine about six months ago and covered 700 miles since then. In my seventys and diagnosed slight heart problems, I was starting to struggle on my road bike ( shortage of breath) so not wanting to give up riding I bought the Crossfuse, probably the best thing I've ever bought. With a few mods, mudguards, different grips, my brooks saddle, a little rack bag for a good lock absolutely fantastic. I get up to eighty miles on a full charge in eco mode depending on terrain and I'm about 14 stone. Would recommend to anyone. (Ignore all the cheating comments just go past them on the hills)
