Unfortunately Leon Cycles Germany say that the bike cannot be de-resricted. I have emailed Theresa to see if can offer a UK contact number that works.

Thank you for that it is very useful. I have tried the Wigan number below and won't connect and unable to find a contact number for the Wigan outlet.

Your help is really appreciated but as I am not very technical I cant really understand what needs to be done. I was hoping to find a plug in option or even someone to do it for me with the knowledge.

Well I am enjoying the bike and would certainly recommend it. It is very hilly where I live on the Isle of Wight and so far coping very well with great battery. Still having no luck finding a solution to removing speed limiter though which would be really useful if I could.

I have researched this as best I can and I am yet to find a solution on the NCM Moscow to remove speed limit. It seems that the more modern bikes have software to prevent this but hopefully someone can help with a solution.

I have emailed Leon Cycles directly asking if they can point me in the right direction to remove speed limiter (for off road use). They replied saying that is not something that they have knowledge of so assume the alternative Bigstone C600 display that they sell will not be able to do this.

Thanks for accepting me to the site. I have tried to research this without much success and unable to find a thread on here that directly helps. I have an NCM Moscow 48v bike and trying to find out if it is possible to take away the speed restriction, either by adjustment to setup or the purchase of a device that I can fit. It has a Bafang 48v motor if that helps at all? Hopefully one of you kind people can popint me in the right direction.
