Wisper 905se battery not charging
Thanks d8veh, I've just pulled the battery apart, checked everything, it turns out the fuse I changed was also a dud, and the one after that! What are the odds? Out of a set of 10 only about three are viable. The thing is up and running now, I'll keep you informed

Wisper 905se battery not charging
Hi all, interesting problem has cropped up, when putting my wisper 905se on charge, the amber light switches straight to green and the fan cuts out, subsequently, I cannot charge up the battery, I have (with damaging the holder) changed the top battery fuse, and checked the fuse on the charger, apart from that I'm lost, the battery is only about 18 months to 2 years old. Anyone had similar or the same problem occur? I would as always be very grateful for any responses. Thank you

Water in 905se motor
Hi all On Monday, while riding home from work, I went as usual through a tunnel under the A3, as usual it was pitch black in there, so didn't see that it was flooded, when the water reached the top of my boots I had to get off and carry the bike on my shoulder the rest of the way, the bike was fine the rest of the journey and the next day, this morning however, it was making an awful racket which receded after a bit, then it started cutting out. Upshot is, I've removed the back wheel to open up the motor casing, but now I'm stuck on removing the gear cassette to access the screws, anybody got any ideas? Any advice would be gratefully received, thanks

Chinese e-bike vandalised
Bike now a goer Here's an update on the Chinese e-bike that was stolen and vandalised, first, I had to file the switch down to fit inside the fork, and hard wire it to the existing wiring, then discovered that the little beggars who stole the bike had knackered the twist grip, I had to hunt around the web for a replacement, and found a company in hong kong who supply grips for Chinese bikes, fitted that, problem was, old grip had about 12 wires coming out, new grip had only 3. By process of elimination I managed to track down the right ones, I used bullet connectors, then electrical taped everything up, fired the bike up and everything worked a dream, wheew! Thanks to everyone for their interest

Chinese e-bike vandalised
Hi all 2 years ago I bought a cheap Chinese e-bike off of eBay, since then I've bought a wisper 905se sport, sold the Chinese bike to a friend who now relies on it, it was stolen a couple of weeks ago, my friend found and retrieved it, but the scallywags have ripped out the ignition barrel , he has tried to use a Phillips head screwdriver to get it to go but this is not a great solution, anyone out there with any suggestions please?

Any Questions?
Rear wheel rebuild Dear David I tried the purple wire as you suggested, and it works like a charm!, I have had no regrets buying the bike, and your after sales service has confirmed my good opinion of both the product, and the company, and I would have no qualms about recommending your products to anyone. Once again thank you Marco

Any Questions?
rear wheel rebuild hello I have just had to have my Wisper 905SE rear wheel rebuilt, new rim, spokes, inner tube and tyre, due to my own incompetence. Having just ridden it back from the repairers, I notice the throttle does not work independently any more, the bike rides fine in pedelec mode, and in that mode if i pull back the throttle then the power is boosted, but i cannot ride on throttle alone, would anybody know if this is a common problem of a wheel being removed? or has anyone got a possible solution? many thanks in advance
