Upgrading hub motor
I am going to look in the controller this evening! But can anyone recommend a controller to give more power. I am not worried about killing the battery

Upgrading hub motor
Thanks for this, I will take the controller apart and have a look. Is there a better controller I can buy? I live at the top of a big hill and the bike really struggles to get up

- Help with electrical light fault!!
thanks for this, forgive my ignorance! This is all new to me. Could I just swap the bulb for a 32v led? Would that work. Really appreciate the advice- Help with electrical light fault!!
What voltage buck converter do I need to power a 12v headlight? Thanks- Upgrading hub motor
Thanks for the response, why do I need to swap the battery- Upgrading hub motor
I would like to swap my rear fat bike 250 hub motor for 500w for a bit more power going up hill. Can I get away with just swapping the motor? Or do I need to swap any other parts at the same time, like the controller and LCD display Im told the current kit is Bafang! Has anyone else done this before?- Help with electrical light fault!!
The LCD is a C961 (good spot) and I have attached a picture of the Controller. Is the C691 a decent unit? Is it worth upgrading? Thanks - Help with electrical light fault!!
