How cheap can you get a second hand one? Cheap side of Stromers and Kalkhoffs (sic lol?), or another brand entirely is fine of course. Also, are the prices likely to come down? (Subsidisation and all due the environment, plus more competition between companies building them).

Is it readily derestrictable (and preferably able to be put back to restricted quite readily too)?

As the title says, Best Bike Under £2000 to Derestrict? And please not a bike with the weird long seat bars. An ebike that feels *mostly* like a push bike is what I want (just heavier, naturally). Excuse my lack of technical jargon - I know a bit more than it sounds from that brain-fart 'seat bar' part I said. Any additional information you want to answer better... I will give immediately. So feel free to ask.

I need to derestrict my Gtech sport. (Just 5mph an hour more would be fine. And obviously complete derestriction is fine too). If no one knows how yet, where would I likely find out first? (Except for here, of course).
