Hi I think I have shorted my wires, it’s complicated but basically I had cut the throttle cable into two ends, the battery was stkll connected and I got a spark. I think that’s when it had a short and now it gives me error 10 not showing the speed when throttling?

I’m sure all the connectors are in properly, I can’t come to the reason why it’s not working as I have changed throttle before so I know how to wire it correctly

Hi everyone, I really need some help fixing my ebike else I’m about to pull my hair out ! My motor completely stopped spinning and gave me the ‘error 08’ code when I went to replace my throttle. I assumed it was the controller as some of the wires may have touched as I was installing the new throttle. i have bought and used a brand new controller which also has made no difference To the bike which leads me to believes it’s an issue with the motor. the motor does not spin at all, possibly issues with the hall Sensor but I’m not sure on how to fix. Will I need a new hub motor? Please help FYI: this is the voilamart motor and controller I am using

Ok I get you so most likely there is 5v but I just haven’t measured it properly. I’ll have a look at it later on but the battery is definately supplying voltage to the controller

1. 52v 2. 0v 3. 0v 4. No pas 5. Not sure how to check that I may be doing something wrong testing I’m no expert

I need my bike for work and ordering a new voilamart controller from China will take minimum 1 month

I did, the battery voltage is there but no throttle power.I don’t have PAS and the motor wires are connected correctly

Yes I think it must’ve because the wheel doesn’t spin now but it did before

Hi I know this thread was a long time ago but I think my green wire did touch the other wires and now it turns on but doesn’t spin at all. I was replacing my throttle and tried the old one which now doesn’t work. Do I need a whole new controller? Thanks please reply ASAP

Unfortunately it’s just dispatched so I’ll need to find a reasonable battery for it, is there any of those batteries running 10ah or slightly more? Figured it would be cheaper

L looks Like a good battery but it’s double the price of my initial budget

A 500w kit from eBay runs me about £140 , is this the best option for a good 500w capable battery?

There is no label indicating the max current , there’s a lot of videos on YouTube where people are running 48v 1kw kits. Would a 500w kit be better for me to get. I’ve ordered the motor kit but I can try to cancel it
