  1. Okay, thanks I am keeping on with Halfords until I can get a resolution. I have printed out all the documentation that Cyclerepublic sent me and I might take them and just go into my local Halfords store and ask them to give me a charger free of charge. What are your recommendations for the best e-bike then? Thanks.
  2. Okay, thanks for that. I have been in contact with Halford. I left a message on their Facebook page and someone has been getting back to me and said they will get a manager to ring me, so I will see, but the link you pointed to does look like the correct one. I think I ordered the larger one from Amazon before, but the smaller one looks right. Thanks
  3. Okay, thanks for that. I purchased it from Cyclerepublic and have repeatedly e-mailed them about the fact that there was no charger with the bike and I can't use it. In desperation I left messages on Halford Facebook page and they have actually got back to me, however my very local store is closed at present, so it would mean travelling further to get to a store that was open. I just find it ridiculous that charging point on the battery seems to be different to anything else that I have ever had and you simply can't get a charger for the battery. I am so angry about the lack of response that I actually feel like sending the whole bike back. I have another charger coming today and a guy online that told me he could get me a charger, but I feel that for the price of an electric bike, I should not have to pay extra for a charger. Do you know if any other battery is compatible with that bike that has a different charger that I could swap for? I am just not getting anywhere with Cyclerepublic and they have not replied to any of the 4 odd e-mails I have sent them. Thank again.
  4. I'm just wondering whether anyone can help me? I have just purchased a Raleigh Array step through e-bike. I purchased it for a bit of fun during lockdown and I have had the bike for a week, but have been unable to ride the bike, as I have no charger for the battery. The bike arrived and the battery had one bar of charge so I was unable to ride it and there was no charger included with the bike. It just was not there. I have tried contacting the bike shop several times, but they never reply, so I am trying to find out what charger I should purchase. I bought one on Amazon and it was incorrect, so have wasted £20 on that. The battery has Raleigh written on the side of it and it is a 36v Suntour batter - what the Raleigh Array's come with. There is a charging point on the side that is small and has space for a small 3 pin charger. I would be grateful if anyone knows which charger I should purchase and where I can get one form. Thanks
