  1. Thanks! It took a wee bit of time, but after cutting it out, I managed to carefully cut into the solid plastic connector joint and with my heat gun expose and prise away the joint board itself. I was then able to see where the multiple joints were. I then matched the wiring and made the new connections with heat shrink wire connectors. I have taped them together and later today will seal it all with a larger diameter heat shrink tube. Appreciate the advice.
  2. Just bought second hand ebike (Evogue Explorer with PAS/throttle) but left brake sensor wire is snapped off inside the 3-in1 joint for both brake sensors and throttle/on-off switch. I was hoping to bypass this joint and connect at the controller but there is only one cable appearing at the other end marked “brake”. I have bought a replacement wire with red 2-pin Julet connector at one end and 2 wires at the other but connecting either wire does not cut out the motor. With left hand brake sensor unconnected the right hand brake still cuts off the rear hub motor. The other option is to replace the whole 3-in1 cable loom but I can only find 4-in-1 with extra connector for computer/display which I don’t have. Can anyone help me, please?
