Totally conflicted now Don’t know what to do this the reply from the chap that has looked at it please understand nothing has ever been touched on the bike from new Apart from the pedal censer this was is reply after showing him the feedback I got from you guys you can't wire it in an incorrect way. if it's not this box, it's the motor and you can forget the bike.

Hi guys re original question I have been struggling with the fault on my bike but a friend who is very clever has just been testing everything and says I need this can you point me in right direction to get this exact one please Obviously I need to be correct has it is difficult to return things from Spain and very expensive. Hi guys sorry for late reply ok just a update the bike has never been touched at all so not sure about the wiring being incorrect ( but I could be wrong) all I have done is change the sensor on the pedal crank not the magnet because the light stayed on permanent before it did nothing at all but since changing the sensor it has a brief ( half a millisecond) ) surge then nothing i tried disconnecting the brake sensors but that has made no difference

Hi a couple of weeks I asked where I can buy a pedal sensor you pointed me in the right direction and iam very grateful I have only just received it due to being in Spain i have now fitted it but it is still not working but what I have noticed there is a button on the control panel and when iam stationary it seems to lurch forward for a split second ( if I press it ) so iam wondering is there some kind of reset procedure ? I have also disconnected the brake sensor plugs but still no luck many thanks guys I really appreciate your help

Can you tell is this the correct way to do the test ? and that fact that it buzzes ?

I nealh according to the one I used online I set my my meter to continuity place one probe on the black battery feed coming into the controller the proceeded to check all the wires and none should make a sound but at least 2 of do make a sound on both units

Hi nealh just want to ask you a question before I start cutting wires open i did this test of the original (old) controller and according to this test it was faulty so I have just done the same test on the new one and this also showing up faulty now I know it’s very unlikely but it is possible the new one is faulty any thoughts please ? or this test unsuitable for this controller? thank you

Hi guys UPDATE since last talking to you by pure luck I managed to get the exact same controller brand new so I thought hey presto connect it up problem solved unfortunately not so with my limited experience this is an update of what I have done and hoping I have forgotten to do something i have done a continuity test on all the cables including pulling them out the frame and bending and twisting them fitted brand new controller check battery is charged and holding full capacity all lights come on when switched on but still nothing when I originally checking wires I came across like a sharp bend ( kink) so carefully removed outer sheath and it had nicked one of the plastic only on the wire but the wire had not Broken through is there away of by passing the pedal sensor? it has 3 pins then the only thing left would be the wheel motor

Yes I sent them an email today and actually got a reply back to say they don’t do 24 volt quite chuffed I got a reply very unusual to get a reply back unless units about 3 weeks here is the pedal sensor picture

Hi I have had a look and it’s an absolute mine field I was hoping for a link if possable so I know exactly what I need like you said the controller and the display is all I need i was hoping you could point me to one on Amazon has I live in Spain and I have to be careful with import tax and custom duties etc hope you understand were iam coming from and thanks for taking the time to help me very much appreciated
