    Hi peeps.. I'm new here, looking for some answers. I have a carrera vengeance e spec bike. It's very new less than 2 month from halfords.. recently keep getting error 33 flash on the screen and all the lights on the battery starts flashing and lose all power completely. Halfords says that I can reset the battery by holding down the power button for 20 seconds then I'd have to plug the power supply to the battery to complete the reset. (Not good if you're half way through a bike ride with no access to a mains supply) but does anyone know what the error code 33 means?
