Ah that's good news then, I'm not bothered about speed just pulling power, I have been thinking about a bafang too. Thanks for the info. I was also thinking about how there is no law in the UK for putting two 250w motors on a bike, as far as i know it only states that you can not have a motor above 250w on your bike and can not go above 15.5 mph with pedal assist.

I haven't bought one yet but it's going to be a 250w mid drive

Hi all, I'm new to the site and I'm wondering if there is any way of increasing the torque of a 250w mid drive motor so it can pull up hills better? Cheers
