Quick update on this. Took bike to my local giant dealer. He tells me he has all the giant diagnostic equipment but can't connect to the bike as there is no power. Wont commit to battery or charger fault as can't test either. Surely the charger can be tested using a meter? Can anyone advise? The charger cable has 5 connections on it. I have access to a multimeter but no idea how to use it.

Hi to you all, I'm Henry. New to all this but long time cyclist and just bought giant full e thats been stood a good while and needs recommissioning. I'm pretty clued up on bike repairs generally but no idea on the electric side of things. Should be fun
